Traditionelle Thai Massage (TTM)
Compared to the classical massage, the Thai massage (90-180 minutes) is done without oil or ointments.
Stretching, compression, extension movements as well as joint mobilization are practiced in comfortable clothes on a floor mat in order to treat the ten selected energy lines of the body, which according to Ayurvedic teachings serve as an energetic net.
This creates a comprehensive treatment of acupressure and passive yoga.
