Viva – Workout
Viva Workout encorporates isometric holds movements that strengthen, stretch and give your body balance.
The three basic exercises, are continuously increased and supplemented, to stabilize, strengthen and transform the body.
Through the meridian stretching exercises, an ancient Chinese movement style, you reactivate and stimulate the organs and energy channels in your body.
The meridian exercises consist of five basic strains. These are supplemented with Western Stretchings to complete the workout.
The breathing will consciously guide, motivate and center you throughout the lesson.
